At Majestic Window Cleaning Services we have done our best to create a web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers needs .With that goal in mind we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions . If you don’t find a answer to your question here please contact us .

PAYMENT

We don’t call to collect payment, if you are in you can pay us when we have finished by cheque or cash.

WHAT IF WERE NOT IN

If you are not in we will leave a slip telling you we have cleaned , the next time we call to clean if you are not in we will leave another slip and a SAE for payment.

Payment must be received before we are due to clean again

FREQUENCY

Weather permitting we will call to clean on a regular day every 2/4 weeks.

WHAT IF ITS RAINING DO YOU CLEAN IN THE RAIN

Most of the time yes, to maintain a regular reliable service we will clean in all but heavy rain and strong winds.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST

Without seeing your property its impossible to give you a price. the price depends on many things, like how often you have them cleaned, types of windows, access to windows.

WHY HAS MY WINDOW CLEANER STOPPED CALLING

That could be 1 of 2 reasons.

It could be that he priced the job to low, or he could be having trouble catching you in for payment.

PRICE INCREASE

Every April the cost of having your property cleaned will unfortunately have to be increased
